1. Description:
9910-B4 is a kind of modular house designed and prefabricated by our company.
Every part of the house manufactured in modular design.The light steel structure is solid and reliable.
The steel frame connected with the color steel sandwich panel by bolt and nut.
All the components of steel framework are galvanized.
Blue or red double slope roof makes the house looks beautiful and practical.
The roof adopt structural waterproof design,don't need any additional treatment.

2.1 Exterior and interior wall;
Wallboard are 50mm Color steel sandwich board,Upper surface is 0.35mm Color steel sheet, nether surface:0.3mm.
The core is high density hard polystyrene foam.Denisity:12kgs/CBM.

2.2 Wall joinings
Joining elements are bent from stripped H-style iron to join by special methods.
No rust due to the condensing treatment forming at the fringes.

2.3 Doors
Outer doors are made of iron in the demensions of 800*2000mm.
Inner doors are in the dimensions 800*2000mm SIP door.
Color-steel door is the optional for outer door.

2.4 Windows
They are made of specially formed PVC in the dimensions of 1200*1000mm.

2.5 Load carrying system
A steel skeleton consisting of a roof girder formed from profiled bar R353,
pillars are formed from special profile R281 and ridge rod serve as the
load carrying system. The distance between two steel girders is 1224mm.
Fastened by bolts and nuts. They can be dismounted and re-installed for many times as desired.

2.6 Roof coverings
Roof adopt the 110mm color steel sandwich panel which is suitably installed on
the box structure which is made of beam and tie pole. Roof covering is fastened
with the box structure by bolts. Along the roof is 300mm wide eave extended.
The external face of roof :0.35mm color-steel sheet, inner face:0.3mm.
The core is polystyrene foam, desnity:13kgs/CBM.

2.7 Electrical installation
All the installation is applied on the exterior via PVC conduits conforming to
the Chinese standards.
electrical wire:copper wire 220 Volt,the section area of the wire:2.5mm²,for living purpose;
copper wire 220Volt,Cross section area:4mm², for air-conditioning prupose;
All the socket:220Volt,13A.other fittingS :including the Air-switch, turn-off, D/B adopt the
different equipment according to the different requirement and electricity volt.

2.8 Sanitary equipment
Water supply and drainage are white PVC pipes.They are terminated 1 meter away in the outside.
Other accessories conform to Chinese standards.

2.9 Glazing
Windows adopt 5mm single float glass.
Concrete baseground, heating and cooling installation,are charged by customers.
