Prefab house

1. Structure:
The Custom-made type is a kind of prefabricated house we design and manufacture.
Its steel structure system, including truss, purline and post designed according to the local wind pressure.
The steel compressed part is used for connecting all the component parts.
There is an air space between ceiling and roof which is supported by small triangle truss.
The exterior and interior wall and roof adopt the Double-face color steel sandwich panel.
The connection adopt the tongue and groove joint system and connected tightly.
Lutation treatment has been done between the connection.
The heat insulation effect and soundproof effect are good.

2. Technical specification
Bearing load: 50kg/m2
Wind resistance: 24meter/second (if you have special demand, we can strength the structure to meet your requirement)
Fire proof: B1 grade (apyrous materials)
Earthquake resistance: 7 grade

3. Size
The size is flexible and can be design according to the client's requirement.But the width is not more than 18m.
Heat-Insulation Coefficient of the panel: 50mm0.663w/k, 75mm0.442w/k,100mm0.330w/k, 150mm0.220w/k.
Installation: Electric drill, electric hammer, spanner, screwdriver, riveting gun,electricity needed.
Work Efficiency: 4 Skilled workers can erect 40m2 in one day(building area)The utilization ratio reach 70%.

4. Wall panel
Wall panel adopt the EPS panel, the thickness can be 75mm 100mm or150mm according to the design drawing.

5. Inside partition
50mm, 75mm or 100mm EPS panel

6. Roof
The roof adopt the Sandwich panel or Corrugated color steel single panel.
Incline degree is 11-15°,to be propitious to drainage.

7. Flooring
Concrete foundation,upper the foundation can cover PVC floor, wooden floor,tile according to client's option.

10.Compressed part:
10.1 The bottom of the wall adopts the galvanized steel compressed part (U type) which thickness is 1.0mm
and the wall should be put into the compressed part.
10.2 The embedded steel compressed part is used for connecting the wall and roof and the surface is galvanized.
10.3 The color coated steel compressed part is used for the accessory of the house, wallboard, door and window.

11.Hardware:
11.1 The aluminum rivet is used for connecting the steel compressed part, wallboard and steel compressed
part,steel compressed part and steel structure.
11.2 The self tapping screw (hexagon) is used for connecting wallboard and roof board.
11.3 The expansion bolt is used in the channel and foundation, post and foundation.

10. Water supply and drainage system
The material of supply water system is aluminum plastic pipes, and the drainage system is PVC pipes.

11. Electric system
Including fluorescence lighting, switch off, socket, D/B box, wiring, etc.
